I flipped the tire (1078lbs) 4 times, followed by:
- 10 sledgehammer hits on the right, and 10 more on the left
- 10 single arm KB swings with 97lbs right, and another 10 left
- 10 30lbs ball slams
- 10 explosive tuck jumps to finish
One round and I was cranked…..try it and get back to me with your outcome!
