Sooooo proud of this dynamic duo!!
Jess and Bill started training together with me just about 4 months ago to get in shape for their wedding. In that short time made fantastic transformations not only in body composition but also strength and mobility.
Both of them have a history of athleticism up until a few years ago, but not unlike many (extremely) hard working couples, life got in the way of staying in shape. A few years off of training combined with the repetitive nature of their farm work had them both sporting a few extra pounds and feeling bound up and achy through the hips.
I knew going into this that they would make great progress just based on their work ethic alone, but what they achieved was nothing short of awesome as anyone who knows them can attest to!
Beside the body composition changes, their stability mobility and strength SKY ROCKETED!!
Bill had deadlifted over 320lbs now for reps and hit a bench press 1RM of 225lbs! Jess has deadlifted 205 for reps and hit a CRAZY 1RM on the bench of 135lbs…and we only started working these two movements not even 2 months ago!!
HUGE congrats to these two for ALL the hard work, and of course, for getting married.
