Co-founding The Wreckroom in 2016, I’ve helped shape a space that breathes our ethos—a judgment-free zone where camaraderie trumps competition, and doors open wide to all.
Today, my personal regimen is a blend of strength, explosive power, and fluid mobility. Training with a champion boxer, I'm ever-evolving, hungry to learn and eager to pass on that wisdom to you. Let's forge your success together.

Ideal for couples or friends who wish to train together with Matt.
Customized training program for 8 weeks, with two sessions per week.
All participants must train together in the same session.
Initial physical assessment: $150 + HST.
Pricing based on group size:
Two people: $2240 + HST (works out to $70 + HST per person per session).
Three people: $2880 + HST (works out to $60 + HST per person per session).
Optional add-on: 12-week nutrition transformation program with weekly weigh-ins and a recipe guide, for $100 + HST.

What are your training philosophies and methods?
Since good form is a prerequisite not only to performance but also injury prevention, we believe in a “form first” training approach, educating clients in the proper execution of all foundational movement patterns as our top priority. We use numerous training methods that are dependant upon the clients goals, experience and lifestyle - we truly aim to make “personal” training personal!
What are you hours of operation?
1 on 1 training hours will typically range from 6am to 8pm Monday to Friday
The gym is 24/7 access to all members
What are the membership options and pricing
For a standard 24/7 membership with no contract (month to month) the fee is $70+tax/month
For a 1 year contract membership, the fee is reduced to $50+tax/month
Group training is also available for $300/months (see above for group training details)
What should I bring to my first session?
All you'll need are gym clothes that you feel comfortable in, a water bottle and indoor shoes. If coming in for an initial assessment, please wear tighter fitting clothes that allow your trainer to clearly assess any postural distortions.
Do you offer Nutritional advice or meal planning?
Yes!! We have several options ranging from customized portion based meal plans, to custom meals made specifically to your individual macronutrient needs.
What is your cancelation policy.
We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If a cancelation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the session will still be charged for. *We don't believe in punishing clients for sickness or emergencies, so this policy is flexible upon the discretion of your trainer.
