My journey has taken me through the gritty grind of powerlifting, the adrenaline rush of cage fighting, and the traditional heft of Highland Games. I bring a laser-sharp focus to every challenge, mirrored in my dedication to your fitness success.

At the heart of Titan Training, my role transcends being a mere trainer; I'm your steadfast ally in enhancing life quality and crushing fitness ambitions. I take pride in guiding clients past hurdles—ankle to shoulder—to build resilience from the ground up. Because true strength starts with a rock-solid base.

Co-founding The Wreckroom in 2016, I’ve helped shape a space that breathes our ethos—a judgment-free zone where camaraderie trumps competition, and doors open wide to all.

Today, my personal regimen is a blend of strength, explosive power, and fluid mobility. Training with a champion boxer, I'm ever-evolving, hungry to learn and eager to pass on that wisdom to you. Let's forge your success together.

Two people: $2240 + HST (works out to $70 + HST per person per session).

Three people: $2880 + HST (works out to $60 + HST per person per session).
